Llave del Corazon, in the Los Altos Villas complex, is a fantastic new condo in the
traditional neighborhood of 5 de Diciembre, overlooking the center of old
Puerto Vallarta. A fantastic location for visitors who want to be close to
the city and still have peace and quiet.
The spacious condo has a great balcony on which to enjoy breakfast or
cocktails--it is perfect for watching the sunset over the city and Banderas Bay
. Your seat on the balcony lets you see the nightly fireworks display from the
popular pirate ship.
You will be a short distance to the beach and many restaurants, bars, shops and
galleries, and have access to local buses and taxis.
Llave del Corazon has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, dining
area, living room, ceiling fans, and air conditioning, with HDTV & DVD
player in the living area.
The Master bedroom features a King bed and ensuite bath and opens onto the
balcony. The Guest bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king.
There is a pool, hot tub, and workout room available for all guests, in unit
laundry with washer and dryer and maid service once per week.

- A minimum stay is generally 7
nights, however some exceptions may be arranged upon a limited basis, please

- Form of payment is by cash,
personal check, cashier check, wire transfer
- Deposits are 50% of the total
rental amount in order to confirm reservation.
- The balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special
holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.
- Special arrangements for payment of the balance
upon arrival in cash can be made.
- Special monthly and
multi-monthly rates are available upon request.
- Mexican Federal Tax of 15% may
not be included on some properties, please inquire for details.
